It's one of the first things people ask us, so here's a straight answer, with nothing hidden in the small print.

These are the prices on our website today. If they ever change, the website is always the one to trust.
What your £49 includes
- A private room with our professional full-body red light bed. Panels above and below give full-body coverage across 10 wavelengths of red and near-infrared light, as the manufacturer states them (including 850 nm and 1060 nm).
- Eye protection, provided every time.
- A quick pre-session check. We'll ask whether you're pregnant, take light-sensitive medication, have a light-sensitive skin condition or epilepsy, or have had recent skin treatments. If any of those apply, please check with your GP before booking.
- A walk-through of the controls, then we leave you to relax.
- A built-in timer. The bed switches off automatically 5 minutes before your slot ends, which is why we ask you to arrive on time.
Why we publish our prices
Wellness prices can be hard to pin down online. We'd rather you knew exactly what you're paying and what to expect before you arrive, so you can decide in your own time. No pressure, no upsells in the room.
Is it worth it?
That's your call, and everyone's experience is different. What we can promise is a calm, professional setting, a practitioner-led approach (Vernon Lacey, BSc (Hons) DPS IPHM), and equipment used in line with the manufacturer's guidance. Researchers continue to study how red and near-infrared light interacts with cells (Hamblin, 2018); we don't make claims about what a session will do for you.
