Contact Frequency Session (60 minutes)

What happens

You sit or lie back comfortably while we place soft electrode pads (or hand-held electrodes) on the skin. Your agreed Spooky2 frequency programme runs in contact mode for the full session. Most people find it quiet and relaxing; many read, rest or listen to music.

Before you book

If you are new to us, we recommend starting with a Biofeedback Scan & Personalised Programme. Contact mode is not suitable for everyone, so please tell us in advance if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device.

Our sessions are complementary wellness practices offered to support relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatments and do not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. They are not a substitute for advice or care from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional, so please keep taking any prescribed medication and continue any treatment you are receiving. Our Spooky2 biofeedback scans are not a medical or diagnostic test. Please tell us before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, or have any medical condition, and check with your GP first. Everyone's experience is different.

Our animal sessions are complementary and are not veterinary care. Only a vet can diagnose or treat an animal (Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966). Please make sure your animal is registered with and under the care of a vet; we ask for your vet's agreement before we work with any animal.
