Biofeedback Scan & Personalised Programme
What happens
Your first visit is relaxed and unhurried. We start with a short consultation about you, your routine and what you'd like from your sessions. We then take a small saliva sample on a sample pad and run a Spooky2 biofeedback scan with the Spooky2 Sample Digitiser. We use the readings to choose and personalise a frequency programme, and we go through it with you before anything is run.
Optional: 11-Day Terrain Programme (+£60)
Many clients start with the 11-day Terrain Programme, a remote frequency programme based on the Spooky2 Terrain preset that runs for 11 days in a row from our clinic. You don't have to be here: we use a fingernail clipping, which you can post to us or drop in.

Good to know
A biofeedback scan is not a medical test and does not diagnose any condition. It helps us choose which frequency programmes to use in your sessions.
Our sessions are complementary wellness practices offered to support relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatments and do not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. They are not a substitute for advice or care from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional, so please keep taking any prescribed medication and continue any treatment you are receiving. Our Spooky2 biofeedback scans are not a medical or diagnostic test. Please tell us before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, or have any medical condition, and check with your GP first. Everyone's experience is different.
Our animal sessions are complementary and are not veterinary care. Only a vet can diagnose or treat an animal (Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966). Please make sure your animal is registered with and under the care of a vet; we ask for your vet's agreement before we work with any animal.
