About The Frequency Hub
The Frequency Hub is a wellness clinic in Harlow, Essex, run by Vernon Lacey. We offer personalised Spooky2 frequency sessions, full-body red light and PEMF sessions, meditation and sound, and expert Spooky2 technical support, in a calm, professional and welcoming space.

A short history of frequency and sound
For thousands of years, cultures around the world have used sound, rhythm and vibration in ritual, meditation and music: Tibetan singing bowls, Indian mantra and the Aboriginal didgeridoo. In the 1920s and 30s, the American inventor Royal Raymond Rife built frequency instruments, and his name lives on in today's "Rife" frequency generators, including the Spooky2 system we use.
