Who controls your data

What we collect

Your contact details, bookings and payments; health questionnaires and consent forms; session notes; and samples (saliva, fingernail, or an animal's hair, fur or feather) for programmes.

Special-category data

Health questionnaires and samples are special-category data. We process them with your explicit consent, only to provide your sessions, and restrict access to the practitioners who need them.

Samples

Samples are labelled securely, kept only for your programme and disposed of confidentially afterwards.

Processors

Our website and client portal run on Cloudflare, and our online shop runs on Shopify. Online support sessions use Zoom. We use email to contact you.

How long we keep data

Only as long as our retention policy allows (to be published before launch).

Your choices and rights
