Who we are

Our services

Our sessions are complementary wellness sessions. They are not medical or veterinary care, and biofeedback scans are not diagnostic. Please keep following the advice of your GP or vet.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Bookings and cancellations

Scan, scalar and non-dual sessions are booked as 1 hour; extensions can be arranged, or booked as extra time. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. See our Cancellations & Refunds policy.

Monthly programmes

Rolling monthly plans. Cancel any time before your next renewal date, and no further payments are taken.

Events

Event terms (refund window and transfers) are to be confirmed and will be published before tickets go on sale.

Gift cards

Gift card terms (validity, refunds and where they can be used) are to be confirmed and will be published before gift cards go on sale.

Equipment loans

Home kits are loaned under our Equipment Loan Agreement, with a £200 refundable deposit paid upfront.
