Equipment Loan Agreement

The loan

The kit stays the property of The Frequency Hub Ltd and is loaned for the period you've booked (1 month).

Deposit

A £200 refundable deposit is paid upfront, and refunded within 10 working days of the kit being returned complete and in working order.

Handover

A free 30-minute handover appointment shows you how to set up and use the kit safely.

Looking after the kit

Use it only as shown, keep it dry and away from children and pets, and tell us at once about any fault.

Return

Return the kit to the clinic at the end of the loan period. Damage or missing items may be deducted from the deposit.
