How pre-orders work
- A pre-order holds your place in the queue for the device you choose.
- A pre-order isn't an order and doesn't guarantee you a device.
- When ordering opens, customers who pay a deposit or pay in full get priority. Any stock left after that goes to pre-orders, first come, first served, in the order we received them.
- Deposit and full-payment orders aren't open yet. We'll contact you when they are, and we'll confirm the price, delivery date and full terms before you pay anything.
- Orders are only taken by The Frequency Hub, by contacting us directly.
- You can cancel a pre-order at any time by emailing hello@frequencyhub.co.uk.
