One-to-one help from an experienced Spooky2 practitioner covering installation, hardware setup, drivers, biofeedback and troubleshooting, by phone or Zoom.
What we can help with
- Installing and updating the Spooky2 software and drivers

- Biofeedback setup and running scans
- Troubleshooting and confidence-building training
How it works
WhatsApp or email us to choose a time and we'll send you a Zoom link (or tell us if you'd prefer a phone call). Payments are made in person, or by bank transfer. Please have your computer and Spooky2 hardware ready when we start.

- 30 minutes: £49
- 60 minutes: £89
Before you book
Please tell us before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, or have any medical condition, and check with your GP first. We'll send a short health questionnaire to complete before your first visit.

Do you offer Spooky2 technical support if I didn't buy from you?
Yes. We help any Spooky2 owner.
What do I need to have ready?
Your computer with the Spooky2 software, your generator and cables nearby, a stable internet connection, and Zoom installed (or a phone if you prefer).
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, or if you don't attend, the session fee isn't refundable, but we'll always try to reschedule.
