What your £49 includes

Why we publish our prices

Wellness prices can be hard to pin down online. We'd rather you knew exactly what you're paying and what to expect before you arrive, so you can decide in your own time. No pressure, no upsells in the room.

Is it worth it?

That's your call, and everyone's experience is different. What we can promise is a calm, professional setting, a practitioner-led approach (Vernon Lacey, BSc (Hons) DPS IPHM), and equipment used in line with the manufacturer's guidance. Researchers continue to study how red and near-infrared light interacts with cells (Hamblin, 2018); we don't make claims about what a session will do for you.

Thinking about gifts?

With Christmas on the way, a gift card is an easy present for someone who could do with a bit of me-time. They start at £10 and can be spent on any session. Browse gift cards.
